Colin Choy and his wife Jenny run Moon Palace in Preston. This isn’t your normal Chinese Restaurant. It’s essentially a very small shop with a counter and a drinks fridge, and then a small kitchen in the rear. There’s no place for sitting down, but this doesn’t stop Moon Palace from producing some of Melbourne’s best dim sims.
Smaller than most, these dimmies are nevertheless well worth trying. While you’re there, make sure you try their spring rolls too – amazing!
